Simplehelix.com isn't ICANN-accredited company but I think it's of no importance for me. I know that they are stable and reliable in providing their services and that's why I consider them as a potential domain registrars.

As for recommendation, have a look at sibername.com as it has nice reputation in the Internet services market.
