Is Sibername.com good for that?

To the OP, are you going to use services from SiberName.com?
If yes, you should look for the discounts on their services.
Overall they are rather a big Canadian domain registrar. Which domain do you plan to reg with them?

I think it's more important they are a Windows host, they have beeen given the Best Windows host award recently.

I think you can check Netfirms.ca, Sibername.com and Namecheap.com.

I checked their site, Sibername.com is ICANN, CIRA and the first Eu-accredited registrar in the Canada, it's rather recommeneded for .ca and other extensions, I think you may also check netfirms.ca another good option.
The definite strong plus of Sibername.com is that they are a hosting provider as well, mostly Windows hosting, but they also introduced Linux reselling plans.

They are known mostly because of their amazing canadian domain names reregistration.

Yes, sibername.com provides good fetures for registering domains. Accredited by ICANN and CIRA, and based in Canada I think this is the best choise for .ca and any other TLD registering, especially concerning the low prices.

Sibername.com is a good idea, especially for .ca regitration. Sibername.com ia a very big reputable Canadian registrar, accredited by every significant organisation for names and numbers - so why not? Go ahead if pricing is suitable for you.
