I came accross a very good site which tells what are most essential things,
that we should consider while hosting a website on a webhosting service provider and it gives info about what are the different things that we should take care of while choosing a domain name

Yeah but there is a much easier way. IF u want to find soon to expire or recently expired domain names u can just go herE:

www.hostmywebsitenow.com

click on "domain names" then click on "backorder domains". It's a tool that'll let u look at soon to or recently expired domain names and u can buy them. It says there is 95,000 expired domain names to choose from.
