I have found that
ServerPoint.com provides small business dedis that start at $79.99 per month. Seems nice as they they offer to use them free for the second month.
I also think of
AYKsolutions.com dedis as they offer to use them (Atlanta and Florida) the first month free. Not all, just some of them.
