Providing SSH access to your clients might be a risky thing, it's like giving the keys from your appartment to someone needing to drop into your flat and fix there something, while you are not there.
A host should trust his clients, or they can mess everythig if they root acceess.
Still there are lots of advanced users who hate using ftp,they will also expect ssh from a host, even if it's necessary to fax driving license details...
So i think that mmhosting.com and other companies offering ssh access are on their right way, if you trust your clients, clients will stay with you.
