Since knowone else thought of posting in this forum... i thought i would give it a kick start!

Can anyone recommend good quality books on php scripting? Please state if the books are best suited to a beginner or advanced user base.

Personally i found "PHP fast and easy web development" by Julie C. Meloni to be an excellent book for beginners. I read 3/4 of this book and found an easy read but sadly due to personal issues i have not had time to finish the book.

Perhaps at a later date i will finish it.

Anyone else care to add to this?
