ok as per usual n*CENSORED WORD*CENSORED WORD*CENSORED WORD of the previously discussed solutions have helped me. They rarely do, that would just be to easy.

So i have a similar problem, usually my audio device does not work, it just plain doesn't show up. Sometimes (like once or twice), i'll start up my laptop and the audio device will load properly, but its a rare occasion. Like the others my device manager says all the devices are working properly.

I tried downloading the realtek drivers, they installed fine as far as i know, however it did not fix it.
I tried going to Toshiba's website, downloaded the correct drivers installed them, however it just said Warning: Drivers were not installed (no reason nothing).
I tried going into the Comp*CENSORED WORD*CENSORED WORD*CENSORED WORDnt Services and making sure the service was started correctly...it was.
So i'm really all out of options, i don tknow what it could be. This has just recently happed to me, i'm in italy and dont have much help.

I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro 6100. The Toshiba has a detailed list of the specs.
If anybody could help me i would be much obliged.

Ciao bonna serra,
Gratsi
