I think the navigation bar is looking very crowded and jammed. You should create a single main menu and then sub-menus which will give it a neat and clean look and make it more easy to navigate. The AmericaRx specials products should be displayed just below the shaving and skincare advertisement to make them more visible which will be good from the marketing point of view.
