I am also getting the limited or no connectivity message since loading SP2. Turning the notification off seems like hiding your head in the sand. I hope that someone can give a complete explanantion about why the message is displayed. So far I have not found anything to explain it. Errors and messages that are ignored always seem to come back and bite you at the worst time.
