I would better stay away from the hosts offering free services.
Somewhere in the past I used free web hosting services and I included the links to my site. However, after some time they either disappear completely or I find that they are suddenly selling commercial web hosting only.
As for paid hosting services, I have been using HostingSource.com and can highly recommend them.
