MY clients are looking for the hosting providers who allow adult content and have servers in Europe, I found two potential solutions: exmasters.com and santrex.net of which the first is the company who are specialized in adult content and is slightly more expensive, and the second is an offshore having the needed location and being cheaper.

Is there any principal difference between specialized/non-specialized or are there certain pros of any of such company's kind?
