I can express the point that serverpoint.com is the company you can rely on. SLA is Service Level Agreement and 1 hour SLA means that this company guarantees to replace any failed server hardware components provided by them at no cost to the client within one hour of problem identification.
What hosting solution are you going to buy? If you tell me your requirements it will be more easy to recommend you!
